January February
Clean and replace HVAC filters

Test carbon monoxide and replace batteries

Test smoke detectors  and replace batteries

Inspect fire extinguishers

Inspect sump pump for proper operation

Run water and flesh toilets in unused spaces

Clean range fan filter

Clean garbage disposal

Inspect attic roof for condensation

Inspect basement for condensation

Vacuum refrigerator coils

Clean and replace HVAC filters

Repair interior wall damage and touch up paint if needed

MARCH APRIL
Test carbon monoxide and smoke detectors

Clean and replace HVAC filters

Repair/ replace damaged window screens

Clean garbage disposal

Round water and flush toilet and unused spaces

Inspect and repair sinks and toilets for leaks

Have trees pruned and trimmed away from  house

Run water and flush toilets in unused spaces

Remove leaves and debris from gutters

Clean out window wells of debris

Inspect and replace any missing Grout in your shower

Check brick, siding exterior for any damage

Renal any loose sighting or trim boards

MAY JUNE
Clean and replace HVAC filters

Clean garbage disposal

Inspecting cleaning outdoor lighting

Oil garage door tracks

Inspect all bath and dryer vents for proper venting

Inspect all towel and grab bars in bathroom

Pressure wash/clean Deck, siding , and outdoor areas

Resale or stained deck

Switch ceiling fans to counterclockwise

Run water and flush toilets and unused bathrooms

Have septic system cleaned and serviced

Clean and replace HVAC filters

Clean garbage disposal

Clean out and defrost freezer and refrigerator

Vacuum register vents

JULY AUGUST

Flush out water heater to remove sediment

Tess GFCI outlets

Have roof inspected for any needed repairs

Inspect garage door

Inspect water heater and drain

SEPTEMBER OCTOBER
Clean and replace HVAC filters

Run water and flush toilet and unused spaces

Ensure all railings and steps outside are secure

Inspect all weather stripping around doors and windows

Inspect all storm doors for proper operation

Inspect interior and exterior railings for safety

Clean garbage disposal

Inspect roof for missing loose or damaged shingles and leaks

Clean and replace HVAC filters

Have furnished serviced

Clean garbage disposal

Run water and flush toilet and unused spaces

Inspect all faucets for leaks

Inspect all fences and gates

Reverse ceiling fans clockwise direction

Check attic for adequate insulation

Test sump pump is installed

Clean gutters and Downspouts

NOVEMBER DECEMBER
Clean and replace HVAC filters

Clean garbage disposal

Remove lint from dryer exhaust vent

Run water and flush toilet and unused spaces

Turn off exterior water valves

Inspect all walkways around home

Inspect all gutters

Have fireplace inspected and cleaned

Cover outdoor furniture

Clean and replace HVAC filters

Clean garbage disposal

Run water and flush toilet and unused spaces

Protect and cover AC units

Check all heating systems

Check sinks and toilets for leaks
